Solution 1: Unlock Android Device With Dead Screen Using Mouse & OTG Adapter
You can use an OTG connector and a mouse to connect your device and the mouse to unlock your phone with a dead screen. Make sure your smartphone is fully charged as this process will drain more battery.
Now, follow the below steps to unlock your dead phone using an OTG adaptor and a mouse.
Step 1: Connect the OTG adaptor to your smartphone and then connect the mouse to it.
Step 2: Once your device reboots, your phone will identify the mouse.
Step 3: Now, draw the pattern and enter the password to unlock your phone.
Note: You can’t unlock your phone if you have given the text passwords. And this solution not works on every Android phone.

Solution 2: Use ADB Command To Unlock Android Phone With Dead Screen
If you have enabled USB debugging in your Android device before the problem occurs in your phone then you can easily access locked Android phone from PC.
Note: You can only use this solution to unlock your Android phone with a dead screen when your device USB debugging is enabled.
Now, follow the below steps to unlock your dead phone with the help of the ADB command.
Step 1: Open your computer and then download the Android SDK package on your computer from developer.android.com/sdk/index.html. Remove the ZIP files.
Step 2: Now, download the essential USB drivers into your computer from your phone’s official website.
Step 3: Next on your computer open the CMD terminals and go to the ADB directory.
Step 4: After that enter CMD prompt “cd C:/android/platform-tools” into your computer.
Step 5: Now, connect your Android phone to your computer with the help of USB cable.
Step 6: Enter this command “sdb device” in command prompt window on your PC and when your phone gets connected then you will see the numbers.
Step 7: Enter “adb shell input text xxxx” and then quickly enter “Shell input keyevent 66”. Type the password by yourself in the place of xxx.
Step 8: After this, your smartphone will be unlocked and you can easily use your mobile.
